Connecticut is in the top 10 states in the country for its workplace injury rate. Thousands of workers in Connecticut are injured every year while working on construction sites. With all the work-related injuries occurring, Workers Compensation was created to provide wage replacement and medical benefits to employees injured on the job.
If you are injured on the job, you may have to miss months or even years of work. At the Law Offices of Audrey J. Porzio, we understand that for many people, living without a paycheck for a month is impossible, much less an entire year. Additionally, collecting compensation can be a difficult process due the complex nature of the current workers compensation laws. Injured workers often benefit from consulting with a knowledgeable attorney who can advise them on protecting their Worker’s Compensation benefits.
Connecticut injury lawyer Audrey J. Porzio is an experienced Connecticut workers’ compensation attorney who will help you obtain the compensation you rightfully deserve. Attorney Porizio will aggressively represent your case and work to achieve the most favorable outcome for your benefits case.
